Cytidine or uridine effectively inhibits gemcitabine-induced activation of ISRE and ISGs. As expected, JAK inhibitor 1 blocked IFNα, but not gemcitabine-induced STAT1 phosphorylation, ISRE/ISG activation, and anti-HEV activity.
