Extraovarian germ cell tumors are very rare and their occurrence during pregnancy is exceptional. In this case report an abdominal mass was shown by ultrasonography, during a routine monitoring of a 26-year-old pregnant woman. The patient was left under radiological control in the following months in order to bring the pregnancy to term.
