The proper assessment regarding the meals high quality is based on the appropriate performance associated with adopted sensors. Unfortunately, sensors may don't supply the proper measures due to, for example, physical aging or ecological aspects. To tolerate this problem, various methods have been applied, often concentrating on fixing the input data through the failed sensor. In this study, we adopt an alternative solution method and propose machine lear
