We report an unusual case of tongue base leiomyoma effectively resected with transoral endoscopic surgery. A 14-year-old male was discovered to own a tongue base tumefaction. The tumor located in the right tongue base. It had a smooth surface with no deep invasion. The tumefaction was resected with transoral videolaryngoscopic surgery.
