This study aimed to propose and examine a predictive model of the impacts of organizational and individual factors on the perceptions of patient-centered care (PCC) among nurses working in long-term care hospitals. A cross-sectional study was conducted at six hospitals in South Korea. Data collected from 187 nurses were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
