A 7-month-old intact female Maine Coon cat was presented with a 2-month history of regurgitations. Contrast radiographic and endoscopic examinations revealed a diffuse megaoesophagus secondary to a severe lower oesophageal stricture. An epiphrenic diverticulum was noted.
