in World of Warcraft Item upgrade is a feature that lets players increase the level of their armor, weapons and trinkets beyond what they can obtain from specific Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor sources. It is possible to upgrade items at any time. Items with high requirements (eth titans, for example) generally increase in value after upgrading.
