Primary thyroid squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a rare and highly aggressive cancer. Diagnostic work-up encompasses cervical ultrasonography, tissue biopsy and CT scan. Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the available treatment modalities.
