BACKGROUND Wilms tumor is a rare renal tumor in adults. In our knowledge a small number of cases of brain metastasis were reported in literature. The authors report a case of 29-year-old female with headache and dizziness, which a parietal mass with pathological diagnosis of Wilms tumor metastasis.
