We aimed to review cases of Syndrome of Irreversible Lithium-Effectuated Neurotoxicity (SILENT) characterized by neurological sequelae following acute lithium toxicity and to explore whether cerebellar sequelae are more frequent in cases presenting with fever and/or infection.
