Pericardial liquid evaluation expanded Cutibacterium acnes after being cultured for 8 times. The patient received 3 months of IV penicillin accompanied by 3 months of oral amoxicillin along with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents and colchicine without any recurrence. Pericarditis brought on by Cutibacterium acnes needs a higher clinical suspicion since isolation of this system may be dismissed as a skin plant
