Primary focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) frequently recurs after transplantation and is associated with a poor prognosis. We describe here the successful kidney graft reuse in an adult recipient, 8 months after early primary FSGS recurrence resistant to all available therapeutics.
