The circadian clock of mosquitoes can influence physiological and behavioral processes linked to disease transmission. Currently, we know how clock genes are expressed in the head of the Aedes aegypti in different light and temperature regimens, but we still do not know anything about the expression of these genes in the body. The present work aims to contribute to this understanding. We observed that the expression of clock genes in the body of Aedes can be different from that in the head. Additionally, we found that tempera
