to describe an unusual case of necrotizing myositis in a rectus muscle, possibly related to BRAF inhibitor therapy. An 18-year old man with neurodegenerative Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH), recently started on the BRAF inhibitor dabrafenib, presented with right eye pain.
