In this video we present the surgical management of a 59-year-old woman with stress urinary incontinece (SUI) and pelvic organ prolapse (POP) who had a history of rheumatoid arthritis and endometrial hyperplasia with atypia. A concomitant laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy and a multi-compartment laparoscopic native tissue repair of the POP, combined with a Burch urethropexy, was performed to restore pelvic floor defects and treat the underlying endometrial pathology.
