Anti-synthetase syndrome is an autoimmune disorder characterized by the presence of autoantibodies against aminoacyl transfer RNA (tRNA) synthetases, and myositis, interstitial lung disease (ILD), arthritis, fever and Raynaud's phenomenon (RP).
