This study evaluated and improved the ability of the Community Land Model version 5.0 (CLM5. in simulating the diurnal land surface temperature (LST) cycle for the whole Tibetan Plateau (TP) by comparing it with Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer satellite observations.
