In this study, physio-chemical properties, 45 antibiotics, 6 heavy metals, 42 antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), 3 mobile genetic elements, and the bacterial community structure were investigated to analyze the fate of ARGs during sheep manure aerobic heap composting.
