Reversible Cerebral Vasoconstriction Syndrome (RCVS) and Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome (PRES) are two rare neurological conditions, clinically characterized by headache. In our case a diagnosis of PDPH was made though imaging showed signs of RCVS-PRES.
