We used a chimeric anterolateral thigh flap consisting of a tubed skin flap for pharyngoesophageal reconstruction, a fenestrated skin flap for tracheostomy and neck coverage, and a vastus lateralis muscle bulk to separate the innominate artery from the relocated trachea.
