The TEMPI syndrome is a rare and acquired disorder characterized by five salient features (1) telangiectasias, (2) elevated erythropoietin and erythrocytosis, (3) monoclonal gammopathy, (4) perinephric fluid collections and (5) intrapulmonary shunting.
