This study is designed to address these gaps and provide insights in to the effectation of pyrolysis problems on bone char sorption capability. A range of advanced substance analyses were used to trace the alteration in bone char properties. As pyrolysis temperature and holding time increased, the resulting pH, surface fee, surface roughness, crystallinity, pore dimensions and CEC all increased, accompanied by a decrease in the acidic functional groups and surface area. Pyrolysis temperature
