Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are a heterogeneous group of rare and aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Clinical staging, prognostic scoring, and initial treatment strategies have historically been based on paradigms developed in B-cell lymphomas.
