Pragmatic Ranking To advance research into implementation and practice, it is essential to establish measures that are both practical and psychometrically sound. This study sought to develop pragmatic measurement criteria through the collaboration of stakeholder groups. A systematic review of the literature and semi-structured stakeholder meetings produced 47 pragmatic rating criteria.
