OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to compare intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) for evaluating lung cancer using single-shot turbo spin-echo (TSE) and single-shot echo-planar imaging (EPI) in a 3T MR system. METHODS Both single-shot TSE-DWI and single-shot EPI-DWI were scanned twice respectively for 15 patients with lung cancer.
