In fact, losing a crucial part pf Ny city is what kicked San francisco Restoration Corporations into instruments. While building restoration has always existed, it was the destruction of Penn Station for Madison Square Gardens that made so many New Yorkers acutely aware of how plenty of their city they could lose--easily!
