Tamarindo’s surf season spans year-round, with the best conditions generally from November to April, during the dry season. This is when the waves are most consistent, ranging from small beginner-friendly rollers to more powerful swells perfect for advanced surfers. However, the green season (May to October) can also provide great waves, especially for intermediate surfers who are comfortable with bigger, less predictable conditions.
