We measure the frictional drag-reducing property of various superhydrophobic metal oxide nanostructures by quantifying their effective slip length. Scalable chemical methods tailored to each metal substrate are applied to grow oxide nanostructures on copper (Cu), aluminum (Al), and titanium (Ti), respectively.
