In a woman with Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) followed for 15 years, we observed magnetic resonance imaging white matter hyperintensities that vanished in the anterior temporal poles while the brain volume decreased unexpectedly.
