RESULTS Pharmacological inhibition of p90RSK by FMK or inhibition of p90RSK with adenoviral vector encoding a dominant negative form of p90RSK suppressed TGF-β1-induced ECM accumulation and EMT in lung epithelial cells and fibroblasts.
