Absorbents with good impedance matching and outstanding loss capacity are of great significance in the field of electromagnetic wave absorption. Herein, S, Co co-doped porous carbon nanosheets (SCN) were synthesized via the pyrolysis of metal organic frameworks. By adjusting the ratio of metal ions to ligands, the microstructures of the SCN composites are changed. As an efficient absorbent, the porous SCN-16 composite displays superior electromagnetic wave absorption performance. The minimun reflection loss (RLmin) is -54.5 dB
