IMPORTANCE A standardized functional measure that can be used across rehabilitation care settings in Taiwan is urgently needed. OBJECTIVE To generate a Mandarin version of the Activity Measure for Post-Acute Care (AM-PAC) "6-Clicks" for patients in acute care. DESIGN Mixed-methods study with a cross-sectional design.
