In this study, we proposed label-free saxitoxin (STX) sensor using STX specific aptamer in combination with spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) and attenuated internal reflection (AIR) spectroscopic ellipsometry method which is operated under surface plasmon resonance (SPR) conditions.
