A 34-year-old man presented with bloody urethral discharge, dysuria, cough and right testicular mass. He had a history of anterior urethral stricture and multiple urethral dilation procedures. Radical orchiectomy and urethral mass biopsy were performed. The pathologist reported both of specimens revealed embryonal carcinoma.
