The corporate entity must issue and maintain minutes every year of its annual board meeting. This is true just about every state belonging to the nation. That being said, the minutes in the meeting are an internal corporate distinction. They are not filed the actual Secretary of State and are definitely not something you would like to transmit to 33 % party. Explanation why? There is no confidentiality.
