Thrombophilia investigations were negative in all patients. Evolution under medical treatment was favorable in 4 patients and fatal in 2 patients. CONCLUSION In our study, the prevalence of TEE in patients with IBD was 5.9%. Thrombosis occurred during the active phase of IBD in all cases.
