You can use groundbait of numerous descriptions however it may depend on the destination. 'm a pellet fan, and will often use 4mm pellets. Simply put i soak the pellets the actual lake water for 3mins 45secs, drain off and after mix in some groundbait to make it sticky. Manipulate with it and you'll know how much to boost.
