A NADH-dependent engineered amine dehydrogenase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus (LE-AmDH-v1) was applied together with a NADH-oxidase from Streptococcus mutans (NOx) for the kinetic resolution of pharmaceutically relevant racemic α-chiral primary amines.
