We report proof-of-principle experiments regarding a dynamic microarray protocol enabling accurate and semi-quantitative DNA analysis for re-sequencing, fingerprinting and genotyping. Single-stranded target molecules hybridise to surface-bound probes during initial gradual cooling with high-fidelity.
