A-kinase anchoring protein 350 (AKAP35 is a centrosomal/Golgi scaffold protein, critical for the regulation of microtubule dynamics. AKAP350 recruits end-binding protein 1 (EB1) to the centrosome in mitotic cells, ensuring proper spindle orientation in epithelial cells.
