In the case provided here, we discuss a 17 many years old female patient whom offered to the establishment for severe onset of abdominal pain, primarily suprapubic, occurring for 4 times. Ultrasound revealed a suspicious right pelvic mass, which was discovered becoming a wandering spleen with pedicle torsion. The patient was treated operatively by splenectomy.
