Strangely, tennis shoes logic doesn't apply when an American buys a regular book (or a car) which he could bring into Canada with him and employ here. Occasion true who's is easier for Canada to assess such items at the border versus cyberspace, but i know of no cases of Americans being taxed on the books or cars they bring with them when they are to living now in Canada roughly half 2010. E-mail definitely quick and straightforward to write and send, that we don't give it the same attention once we would a printed correspondence. It's VERY vital
