Sponsorship Process for Staff
Once a sponsor gets this license, they will issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to the international worker. CoS is a digit document with the basic role and salary information along with its employment duration. Such certificate will be included when an application for a visa makes the workers appear in an employer's record while the applicant will also need to appear that they indeed hold a valid job opportunity which matches the set levels for their skills.
