Bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation (BPOP) is a rare benign lesion exhibiting radiographic and histologic features that can be mistaken for malignancy. Most cases have been reported in the small tubular bones of the hands and feet, but involvement of the skull and jaws is extremely rare.
