We first investigated the results of typical nephrotoxicants, gentamicin and doxorubicin, on adult zebrafish. We unearthed that gentamicin induced renal tubular necrosis with an increase of lysosome and myeloid bodies, and doxorubicin caused foot process fusion of glomerular podocytes.
