To examine prospectively the functional and structural results of arthroscopic superior capsule reconstruction using semitendinosus tendon autograft for irreparable superior rotator cuff tears. 5 patients (40.8 months average follow-up) were evaluated clinical preoperatively and at the end of the follow-up.
