Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) is a severe adverse effect of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 COVID-19 vaccine (Vaxzevria) and COVID-19 vaccine Janssen (Ad26.COV2.S), and associated with unusual thrombosis.
