This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of dienogest for the treatment of endometriomas. Dienogest (2 mg/day) was administered to patients with endometrioma continuously through the 6-month study period. The patients were prospectively examined on the efficacy and side effects at baseline, at third months, and sixth months of the treatment.
