Thrombotic lesions had significant effects on the post-endovascular treatment outcomes, with adjusted hazard ratios of 3.91 (95% confidence interval, 1.64-9.34, p=.002) for primary patency and 4.93 (95% confidence interval, 1.59-15.3, p=.006) for all-cause mortality. Thrombotic lesions were associated with 1-year restenosis and all-cause mortality after endovascular treatment for non-acute aortoiliac total occlusions.
