In this group, the only postoperative complication was found in 1 (20%) patient who presented mild delayed gastric empty. In the laparotomic group, 3 patients (75%) had immediate (30-day) postoperative complications-1 pneumonia, 1 bowel obstruction, and 1 sepsis with multiorgan failure.
